Cookies.

A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device to remember things between visits. Here's what we do and don't use.

What we don't use

No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking. No data sold to third parties. No Facebook pixel, no Google Ads tag, nothing like that.

What we do use

Strictly necessary. A small number of cookies may be set by this site or by services we embed (like the map tiles from CARTO) to make the page work correctly. These don't identify you.

Analytics. We use a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not use cookies to identify individuals and does not track you across other websites. Under current UK ICO guidance, this does not require a cookie banner.

Third parties on this site

CARTO basemap tiles are used on the map. Loads tile images from their servers. They may log the request (IP address, browser) for standard technical reasons. Their privacy policy is on their site.

Google Fonts are used for our typography. Loads font files directly from Google. They may log the request.

Your choices

You can block cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work as intended if you do. The map might not load tiles, for instance. That's your call.
